If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund by contacting our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
The product is unused and unaltered, with no signs of wear, damage, or modification.
The item is in the same condition as when delivered, free of scratches, stains, or functional issues.
The product is returned in its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, accessories, and documentation.
The item is in resalable condition.
A valid proof of purchase (order number, order confirmation email, or invoice) is provided.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Your order number
A clear reason for the return or exchange
Supporting photos showing the item’s condition, original packaging, and any defects (if applicable)
Request review
Our team will review your eligibility and notify you by email whether your request is approved or declined.
Return the item
If approved, we will provide you with a designated return shipping address. If declined, we will explain the reason, and no return or exchange will be processed.
Important Notes
Do not return items to the original delivery address — such returns will not be processed. Use only the return address provided after approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped). In such cases, we will reimburse your return shipping fees.
Refund Processing
Receipt & inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and refund approval.
Refund issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Bank processing time: Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account, typically 3–5 business days.
