Total delivery time consists of order processing time and shipping transit time.

1.1 Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Most orders placed before 11:00 PM PST are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Peak Seasons: During promotional events or major holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), order processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

1.2 Shipping Transit Estimates

Shipping transit times begin once your package has been handed over to the courier:

  • United States: Typically 7–12 business days.
  • Canada & Europe: Typically 10–15 business days.
  • Other International Destinations: 12–20 business days.

Please note that customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause unforeseen delays beyond our control.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout to all orders of $69 or more (after discounts, before taxes). No discount code required.
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6.99 for orders under $69.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and direct courier tracking link. You can check your shipment status anytime through that link.

If you encounter any tracking issues or your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team at lettiesun024@gmail.com with your order number.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes levied by the destination country.
